Have been taking these meds, plus mens libido supplements, vitamins, ginseng, ginko biloba, bananas, the whole lot… but I feel my erection is not as strong as they used to be. Plus, I can never do 2 rounds in 1 day anymore. I even have difficulties ejaculating when I see my regular WL in sequential days.

Just some months (or a year) ago, i never had issues doing 2 rounds in 1 hour. I ejaculate easily before. Now struggling.

What do I do gents???

GP told me blood test shows there’s no issue with my testosterone level. So it’s all psychological, otherwise Viagra/Cialis/Stendra should work.

I dont feel stressed, nor do I feel performance anxiety, etc. I’d say i was more stressed previous years. I feel better this year.

I’m mid 40’s

Exercise and diet control first , supplement second .

First… how old are you
Second .. are you fit
Third… do you have any underlying health issues
If the meds arentvworking you may have a blockage in an artery
Go see your Doc… something aint right

Doc did mention blockage, but all blood tests came out good. No underlying health issues.

I’m mid 40’s

And yes i’m fit. Exercise every single day. Good diet. I’m Not overweight.

Really good points here. Lose weight and get your cholesterol under control. Lift heavy weights at the gym to improve muscle, increase natural testosterone and to reduce cortisol

Also, it’s a fact of life that as you age, your performance will decline. Men peak in their early 20s and it’s all downhill from there.

Testosterone levels…?
Also Google Nitric oxide

Try Butea Superba, a herb from Thailand. It's available on eBay.

I have been using it for many years, and it's amazing... increase in hardness, volume of output, libido and intensity of "finish". Cheap, too,

Only caveat - while many of my friends rave about it, it seems not to work for a small percentage of guys.

Get your GP to refer you to a cardiologist. !!

You have a blood supply problem. Enjoy a full work up, you might catch it before you oncoming heart attack.

Rather than getting advice on a mongering forum, it might be best to see your doctor

Yes, we have enough difficulty sorting out and assessing the girls, so your health issues are best dealt with by those qualified.

According to WebMD you might actually have cancer /s

Though in seriousness this kind of health issue can't really be solved with unqualified internet forum diagnosis.

Hope everything works out.

I recall reading somewhere that beating the meat and punting continuously and too frequently can lead to scrotum burnout. Ie not giving the sack and dick enough time to recover and replenish. Akin to a security guard doing two 10 hour shifts back to back and only getting a 5 minute break in between shifts - the body is fucked from being overworked and needs rest. You taking of viagra, ciallis etc to solve the performance problem would be like the security guard drinking coffee and a red bull in between shifts to stay awake on the job.

Some recreational drugs and excessive alcohol can have a cancelling effect on viagra, cialis etc
Have you had a scrotum ultrasound - to rule out the other possibilities mentioned above?

It's mental. The law of diminishing returns, more you do something fun, less benefit you get from it. Brain is far more powerful than your blood flow or your cock.

Just take a couple of weeks off and get away from punting, stop taking dick pills for a bit.
Don't let Mrs Palmer and her 5 daughters come into play and let your ballbag recuperate!

And yes, it's almost always 100% mental.

I suspect that the current performance of the op is totally normal for his age. I am a fair bit older and physical performance definitely decreases by the time you are in your forties. It then plateaus. My bet is that the op is worrying too much. Does the op really need to be taking all those pills? Be content with 'less often' (with more quality) Mebbe only see your regular wl once a week, and if it really worries the op, medical help might be helpful, but I suspect that it is more mental than physical. Good luck

How often do you masturbate? Serious question.

You know what, the wisdom and knowledge of members of this group continue to amaze me. Thanks for the input/feedback Gents!

And no, i dont masturbate anymore now. Gee, even to ejaculate during sex is hard now, i’d think it’ll be much harder if i masturbate.

I did take some Finasteride’s for a few weeks. Was no effect, untiil boom one day, it’s hard for me to ejaculate. Damn it! Lol

Are you on any amphetamine supplements for anything?

Dex for example is used for ADHD but will fuck your erection.

A tad bit over the normal range.

normal range for your age.. but might be low for you.. do you have a baseline reading from previous years you can compare against?
You would normally do more than one test to determine if youre low as the result can vary.

Other factors, stress, depression or there is nothing wrong other than needing a break!

oh boy do I want to go town on this one.....steady on neddy....phew....another deep breath....ah.....good

So let's compare. Late 50's , Diabetic, A little overweight, Cancer patient (very aggressive type) , erectile dysfunction, heart condition, reduced oxygen flow in blood due to a combination of all.

I get a total hit and miss response from Ciallis or Viagara whenever I experiment with them.

Both need good hydration and ideally over 300ml of water when you take them.
Food especially fatty foods affect Viagara kicking in but on the plus side I can actually feel when Viagara does kick in. Usually about 30 minutes after taking it and I always take it on an empty stomach,
Cialis I vary the dosage and when I take it. If I am planning a tryst in a few hours I will take 20mg about two hours prior with a large glass of water and an empty stomach. I can then eat pretty much straight after with no adverse affect.

I also sometimes take a 10 or 5mg Cialis every day for a couple of days and can supplement that with a Viagara 30 mins b4 action.

Performance wise it gets a bit random.
If I am stressed or have taken antihistamine within 12 hrs they simply don't work.
If I am tired or rundown they don't work that well in that I get a semi but usable erection rather than a rock hard one.

If all is well, relaxed , not tired and not drugged I still need to take it slow but I end up with a concrete shaft that goes on for ages and is ready again within about 15 minutes.
If I just do Cialis I am still getting random erections for 48 hrs if Viagara, depending on how much I take anywhere up to 4 or 5 hours later I can still get it up and hard.

There are actually quite a lot of meds that affect the performance of both drugs but for me the issue of not working is usually from anxiety or stress

Everyone is different but I would suggest you do some testing alone and make sure you are well hydrated and free of drugs or fatty foods (if Viagara) for the last 12 hrs.

Oh yeah amphetamines and many pain killers are a big no no too, they mess with the inhibitors.

Hold up a sec. Did you just say you have aggressive cancer?

This is actually some good advice BDU.

I also found that trying to use supplements like kamagra are hit and miss if I’m lacking sleep and / or if I’m getting over something. Like post COVID was rotten for consistency

Yes but I caught it at Stage 2 and had Chemo which seems to have worked.
I am not officially in remission till 2 yrs after chemo but it is dormant now.
It will still kill me one day unless a truck takes me down first but hopefully I can keep it at bay for 15-20 yrs or more or at least notice when it starts back up so I can chemo it again.

No point worrying about it, it won't go away.

This really worries me. I am using viagra as I'm a bit older than some on the forum. But one day it will probably stop working, or I'll have to go beyond the safe limits when taking it.

Hopefully that day is far away.

Good luck BDU and I think the specialist recommendation is worth considering. Especially if you have other medical problems adding to your life.
